Valmex® boat is a unique material for the manufacture of high-quality inflatable boats used for leisure and recreation. Four layers of PVC are combined with a Polyester base fabric of high-strength 1100 dtex yarn by melt-roller coating. These single layers give flexibility, elasticity, air-tightness and resistance against mechanical damage to the material. VALMEX® boat is wear and abrasion resistant, UV and weather resistant, insensitive to high temperature conditions and dirt-repellent.

POLYMAR® boat is a premium product for the manufacture of high quality inflatable boats. The coating is a TPU/PVC mix that gives the material extraordinary characteristics:

> Exceptional flexibility and durability
> High resistance to UV, light, fading and hydrolysis
> Resistance to oil, fuel, dirt repellence
> High air tightness
> Elevated levels of tensile strength and tear resistance
> Very good adhesion
> Excellent temperature resistance
> Easy processibility by welding and gluing

In contrast to pure TPU coating, TPU/PVC coating does not lower the strength levels of the base material. It is thus possible to produce large boats with significantly higher safety factors.
