The advantages of the coating on both sides include in addition to the good cleaning characteristics mainly the fact that the material can be sewed as well as welding with all popular welding processes. The special canvas pressing provides in addition a noble appearance. This high-strength polyester fabric provides highest tear-out force and continued tear-out force resistance. The characteristics for the long-term use are especially improved by the use of low-wick yarns. The special finish of low-wick yarns prevents water from penetrating the fabric. This reduces mildew to a minimum and bothersome mold stains are a thing of the past. The dirt and cleaning characteristics are further optimized by the application specific PVC coating and the single side painting. The smooth surface pressing provides a noble impression. Due to the high resilience of the fabric and the good material handling, VALMEX® NAUTICA HEAVY has an excellent image with boat owners especially for applications that include transport tarpaulins and car tops, convertible tops and access covers. The tightly woven polyester fabric has a high quality, single sided PVC coating. The fabric has a weight of 400 g/m² and provides high tear-out force and continued tear-out force resistance. VALMEX® NAUTICA LINEN is finished single sided with a special paint, which optimizes the dirt characteristics and the resistance against light and weather impacts. The incidence of mildew stains is significantly reduced due to the high quality, anti fungicide finish. The fabric has an approximate weight of 390 gr/m², very high tensile strength and tear strength with extraordinary elasticity and stability. The fabric also has very good resistancy against water pressure, dirt, oil and is mould repellant. It boasts very high light fastness 7/8 with a minimal scratch or pinstripe effect.
